Payment Policy


All payments are due at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, moneyorder, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

If at any time you would like to setup a payment arrangement, we would be happy to do so, please contact our billing manager directly, Bianca @ (559) 437-9100 ext. 109.

If, at any time you have question about your payment plan, please see the Office Manager.

Cancellation Policy


Please call within 24 hours if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We understand unexpected circumstances may arise and in this event we do have a voicemail system which you are able to leave a message in case you are unable to reach the office staff. This allows us to provide that time slot to another patient.

Treatment of Minors


Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian, or have written permission for treatment.

Running on time


We know your schedule is busy and that your time is valuable. We strive to keep our wait times reasonable, please also keep in mind we do accommodate urgent cases that require extensive care which may delay our schedule, and in those circumstances we will inform you. Please also remember we are running several different schedules. If someone who arrived after you is called before you, they might be having a quick nurse only injection or seeing a different provider.
